This company organizes all its activities about "supply, transmission and sale of reliable and continuous electricity" in geographical area of Mazandaran and Golestan states based on effective and efficient responsiveness to all interested parties including Tavanir, subscribers, personnel, supervising institutions, suppliers and contractors within the framework of observing law, requirements and needs of society.
This company, makes improving the quality and reliability of electricity based upon environmental protection, safety, hygiene and people and society's health. The model of its goals and activities steps in the direction of development and consistent success, productivity increase and growth of human resources based on international standards.
Regarding the created intention in Mazandaran and Golestan electronic company to perform integrated management system models in organization's processes based on HSE-MS international standards, ISO 45001: 2018, ISO14001:2015, ISO 9001:2015, we commit ourselves to achieve the following high goals:
♦Try to improve customer satisfaction and other interested groups
♦Regular identification of possible shortcomings and try for continuous improvement of organization's processes and improving the performance of safety, occupational hygiene and environment
♦ Increase productivity through technology improvement and use of mechanized systems
♦Preservation, maintenance, security and improving equipment, facilities, and all related facilities in exploitation
♦Try to create green workplace and also taking care of environment to avoid its pollution
♦Try to provide safe and healthy workplace to avoid occupational injuries and diseases
♦Environmental protection, safety and hygiene of personnel and all interested parties through danger elimination and decrease of safety, occupational hygiene and environmental risks related to activities and services of the company
♦Observance of laws and regulations and other international, national and local requirements about safety, occupational hygiene and environment.
♦Logical response to energy needs, environmental assets and resources to maintain it for next generation.
♦Experience transmission, comprehensive training of human resources as the most fundamental business partner of organization with the goal of promoting level of knowledge, culture and professional and general information.
♦Development and implementation of participation and consultation of personnel in the fields of safety and professional hygiene.
♦Standardizing responsibility culture and social responsibility in front of society's health, effort in management of social institutions affecting health (personnel, customers, community, society and environment) in performing assigned missions and managing positive and negative effects of organization's activities on society's health.
♦Paying attention to the requirements of mentioned standards and plan to reply them and providing needed resources for implementation of these requirements.

We have a common responsibility to maintain quality and protect human lives, environment and national capitals; for this purpose and with my support all units of Mazandaran and Golestan electronic company must observe the planned arrangements in integrated management system. Obviously these systems and also the above policy along with the changes that occur inside and outside the organization will be reviewed and revised.
